2010台灣國際藝術節 西班牙索爾．比克舞團 《火烤美人魚》

NTCH invites energetic Sol Picó to open the 2010 Taiwan International Festival. This Barcelona modern dance company, fusing various artistic elements such as theatre, installation and image, has explosive yet precise dancing skills. Their works are lively, imaginative and charming. Sirena a la Plancha was originally commissioned by the World Exhibition in Zaragoza, Spain in 2008. It aimed to stir environmental awareness and stress the importance of marine resources by depicting the predicament of mermaids after mankind has destroyed marine ecology.
