2009兩廳院廣場藝術節

The plaza of NTCH is the most attractive arena for outdoor performances in all of Taiwan. It is also the place of first contact between the general public and a wide variety of performing arts. For“Open A International Arts Festival 2009”, we have organized three different programs, one for each day. The first being VGL- video game concert which is of the latest fashion. Conductor Jack Wall will perform with Taipei Symphony Orchestra and Chorus and there will be a projection of video game screen on stage along with dazzling stage lightings. With the interactivity of games, this concert will bring a new kind of entertainment experience. Following the concert, hip-hop groups, local and abroad, will be showing their exciting dance moves on stage. Last but not least, three Taiwanese folk opera companies will perform jointly. We designed this program hoping that audiences of all tastes can enjoy and get in touch with arts in a brand new way.
