Service Hours: 12:00 ~ 20:00 daily.

Service Hours: 12:00~20:00 daily.
(No ticketing service will be available in case of internal
maintenance, and on cultural holidays such as Tomb Sweeping
Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese New
Year, etc.)

In addition to tickets for programs presented by the National Theater and the National Concert Hall, the Box Offices also sell tickets for programs and activities on behalf of the Ticket System of the Center, as well as that of ERA. You can buy tickets in the Box Offices either by cash or NCCC, VISA, Master or JCB credit cards. However, for programs that are part of the ERA Ticket System, only cash purchase is accepted.
Each presenter stipulates different policies relating to the starting date for ticket sales, ticket return, replacement, extra purchase, concessions, etc. For further details regarding different programs, please contact the respective hosting groups directly.

Concessions
A 20% discount is offered to all students, and 10% discount is offered to ROC military personnel, policemen and veterans, and 50% discount is offered to senior citizens. Exclusive seats and 50% discount are also available for those disabled persons. With all concession ticket allocations, proof of identity is required upon entry at the Grand Foyer; otherwise the balance of the full amount and a handling charge of NT$20 will be required.
Group Tickets
A purchase of over 20 tickets for one program at one show time is regarded as purchase of group tickets. No additional discount is available for such tickets.
Group tickets are only available at the Box Offices of the National Theater and the National Concert Hall, commencing from the second day of the ticket sales period. They are not available at any ticket outlets or via telephone. For purchase of group tickets, please produce an official document identifying your organization or fill in the Group Tickets Purchase Form, together with cash payment.
Package Tickets
"Package tickets" refers to tickets for a series of programs. During the sales period of package tickets, no purchase or reservation of any of these programs is available. Any ticket purchase of a single program will only be available after the sales period for package tickets. The Box Offices can only accept the return of entire sets of package tickets made one day before the performance of the first program in a series.
If any program in a package ticket series is cancelled, ticket holders may apply to the Box Offices for a refund. However, tickets for the rest of the programs are still valid, and cannot be returned.
Ticket Return
- A handling charge of 10% of the ticket face value has to be paid for any ticket return. If the tickets are paid by credit card, credit card holders should bring along the original purchase receipt to the Box Offices and undergo all necessary procedures.
- Application for ticket return can be made at the two Box Offices from the date of purchase to one day before performance of the program. For return of more than 20 tickets, please fill in the Ticket Return Form together with the purchased tickets at the two Box Offices one week before performance of the program.
- In case of a substantial change to, or cancellation of, a performance, all ticket return affairs will be made according to the announcement of the National Theater and National Concert Hall.
- The Center reserves the right to change the content of programs without further notification. However, if the change in content or performers is rather substantial (over 50% changes to the content or performers), announcement will be made and ticket return is possible. For full amount of ticket return, please come to our Box Offices within the date of announcement until one day before the performance date. Any date other than this period is considered invalid.
Ticket Exchange
This is limited to exchanging tickets for the same program. Please bring the original tickets to the Box Offices at least one day prior to the performance date. An additional NT$20 is required as a handling charge. For credit card holders, please come in person with your original purchase receipt to undergo necessary procedures.
Balancing the Full Amount of Ticket Payment
With all concession ticket allocations, proof of identity upon entry at the Grand Foyer is required, otherwise the balance of the full amount and a handling charge of NT$20 will be required. Also, you are required to undergo necessary procedures at the Box Offices of the Center.
Notes for Audience:
- Proper attire is required. Each person must present one ticket
upon entry.
- You may be required to leave in case of any improper behavior during the performance.
- Children shorter than 110cms are not allowed, except for children's programs.
- With all concession ticket allocations, proof of identity upon entry at the Grand Foyer is required, otherwise the balance of the full amount and a handling charge of NT$20 will be required.
- Any audience member that has lost his or her ticket, or whose ticket is damaged, will not be granted admission to the hall.
- With the presentation of a ticket to the performance of the day, audience members can enjoy one free parking space in the Basement Car Park.
- Neither return nor exchange of tickets will be accepted on the day of performance.
