Service Hours:
On-site and telephone enquiry services are available 12:00~20:00, Mondays to Sundays. Services are suspended during cultural holidays such as Tomb Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year, as well as Internal Maintenance Days. However, if programs are running on these holidays, servicing time will be adjusted appropriately.
